Am I correct that the WSR now owns a class 43 HST set?

Warm storage, presumably earning some rental for the WSR (though I have no idea of the terms of any deal).
The set has been used on WSR DMU diagrams occasionally.

The HST was there was the Diesel Gala and then it was sat in the loop bit outside the sheds and then moved to Minehead where it currently is now

According to trainloggers its still owned by GWR

What goes around comes around. 43155 was one of the vehicles stored by Virgin Trains at Minehead (and occasionally used) the first time it was stored in 2004!

It isn't owned by GWR. It is owned by First Rail Holdings (ie FirstGroup) and leased to GWR.

That is not correct. Virgin were nothing to do with it when it was stored. It was stored there by FirstGroup after they acquired it from Porterbrook.
