I'm Phill from Leeds.
I've only just joined up to the forum, I used to haulage bash the 40's in the 80's. Since then i've returned to ned or 'normal' status and don't really have a clue about todays motive power lol
Anyway...long story short time... I still retain my interests in those big whistling buckets. I've started up a Class 40 group on the photo hosting website 'Flickr'
I guess some of you guys might have accounts on there already.
I'd like to try build it up into a cracking gallery of 40's, there's already lots of shots in there. If any of you guys would like to join the group and share your photos, and memories then great. Flickr is relatively easy to join, you can get a free account easy enough to host 200 images for nothing. There's no hidden catches e.t.c.
Flickr is also interactive, you can leave comments on pics, and post topics e.t.c.
There's masses of other U.K railway groups on there too.

I'll take a look through the forum and see what is what now. I don't do much railway related these days, but i do like exploration and abandoned topics to photograph. I have some Healey Mills night train grave yard pics here
