378/1s only operate on the East London Line so anywhere between Surrey Quays and Dalston Junction is the best place to see them, other than New Cross Gate Depot and Salford Sidings.

378/2s operate on the East London Line and North London Line, with usually one or two on the Watford DC Line. Willesden Junction is therefore the obvious place for any not on the East London Line. Willesden Depot and Wembley C Sidings are the stabling points.

There is a way to track down many 378s, by their overnight stabling points, which I have previously described here - https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/non-urgent-tops-requests.202237/page-482#post-5555812

Cursed by autocorrect there, it's Silwood Sidings.
