Class 378 performance

Hello - was wondering if anyone had any information about the performance statistics of the Class 378.
Acceleration rate, deceleration rate, difference in power limits between AC and DC, etc etc. Anything similar to that. Even your own timings would be useful.
Since they've been in service for a good few years now, I thought it would be better to ask here first and see if there's any information that can be salvaged before going through the woeful TfL FOI process.

The OP asked for performance statistics

(acceleration rate, in metres per second, or seconds from 0-60 mph)

(deceleration rate, in seconds from 60-0 mph or whatever else that would be in)

(difference in power limits between AC and DC, like, on AC the maximum traction horsepower is XXXX hp and on DC the maximum traction horsepower is YYYY hp)

and Wikipedia doesn't have any of those.

What Wikipedia does have

(a single maximum power output / traction horsepower figure, likely on AC, with no separate lower figure e.g. on DC given)

(the voltages of the AC and DC electric systems, and the frequency of the AC electric system)

(stating that AC current collection is with a pantograph and that DC current collection is with a contact shoe)

are all different things to what the OP asked for.

Are you okay with anecdotal data? Usually about 20 seconds to get 0-45 (speed limit on NLL is 45mph)

They usually seem a little more powerful on AC than DC.
