FCC regularly send their 319s to Hornsey for stuff like tyre turning, so they'll probably do the same with 'their' 377s as they become due.

Rofl, brainstorm off the day, if a FCC 377 needed tyre turning I'm 99% sure it would go to selhurst not hornsey, plus not sure if GB drivers sign 377's or even if they are route cleared.

Not sure of the 377/4 layout, but the 377/5 sound very similar: the end coaches are 2+2 for 2/3 of the length + first class (also 2+2) between the driver's cab and the first set of doors. At least one of the the 3+2 centre coaches has a section at the end with 2+2 (no arm rests, though).

Biggest problem with the 377/5s is less seats than a 319 (other than the ex Brighton Express ones), which reduces the chance of a seat when I travel in the mornings.

GBRf applied for the 'vehicle change' to take 377s to Hornsey last month. So it must have just been approved:

Don't know if it is still there but there was a move on Thursday night heading to Cricklewood from Hornsey as 5M19.

It was there last night (was abit too late to head back to Bedford before the Core block) according the the system so who knows. Enough 319's go regularly to just be a more standard jounery.

377502 is still at Hornsey. I saw it today along with a 319 and quite a few other classes!

Here's the link but sadly the camera couldn't get in very close due to the distance.

In this pic you can see the 319 on the left and just make out the 'door' of 377502 in front of the grey buildings to the right of the 319. Shame no 313's aroubnd or it'd be all the stock FCC uses!

They did have it next to the main line originally so it seems able to move around. Unit is still there for some reason. Maybe the moves can only be done monthly?

UPDATE: 377502 went back to Bedford this evening as 5M77.
