If this were to happen, it would be tantamount to someone in the management of a company introducing something new and admitting that it had failed. This was actually outlawed in 1987 which is why everything that is implemented these days is a 'success'.

Yes but give it a period of time and a rotation of the management revolving door, and someone can claim it as a fresh new idea. The Thameslink still has a lot of 8-car peak services under the current FailedPlan2020.

In another thread I posted a way of diagramming 18x365 to change to a 50/50 core/KX service, and use the displaced 700s to provide some useful capacity enhancements on a number of services across the Thameslink area.

365511 and 539 appear to be remaining with GN, at least for the immediate time being.

They're saying late tonight, but not saying which train. But the poster who first told us that it was the 22.30 clearly had seen the rosters.

And tomorrow it's just between QS and Linlithgow. Why NR need several Sunday's possessions so soon after they've have had so much access recently, beats me.

They've been running through Linlithgow today - I've counted at least two sets - not sure if the stock is being moved from one location to another though, or whether they are carrying passengers. Both times they were heading to Edinburgh. Very distinctive sound.

AFAIK, the .00 trains are and will remain a 380, and of course during the evening and on Sundays the trains are halfhourly, so so I assume it's the .30 trains you're wanting. But I haven't heard whether they're putting out one 8-coach set or two.

According to RTT, the .30 trains this evening are all 158s, which seems unlikely. Except that the 23.30 from Edinburgh is listed as a 365.

Pretty sure it's to indicate where the wheelchair spaces are. So the 3 indicates the third carriage.

Why shouldn't they be? Now they're in service I would guess they will be intensively used.
