How many errors?

Units 321413/414 are on loan to London Overground. 321417 is on loan to Greater Anglia.

Most of us know that LM have returned all their 7 units some time ago. They have been returned to the ROSCO's control and are nothing to with LM anymore.

The ScotRail franchise agreement (http://www.transportscotland.gov.uk...Redacted Franchise Agreement - CU version.pdf) shows the 321s as being on lease to ScotRail from at least the December 2015 timetable change. In reality, I think the lease has been with ScotRail since they came off London Midland, so the use by London Overground and Greater Anglia is actually a sub-lease from ScotRail. As the sets are awaiting works, it's a sensible move that offsets the leasing costs.
