Nope, and technically ScotRail only have 320s.
Edited to add - though Varamis still use some as parcels units, not in public service.

I guess the closest you'll get to traveling on a Class 321 is to take a trip to Scotland and find a Class 320/4 as members of that sub-class were built as and spent most of their lives as Class 321s before being reduced to 3 cars and heading up to Scotrail land.
