sorry, should mention i saw the refurb in service, and it's damn snazzy inside. The toilet is all done up, a few seats with a new moquette but this is a pretty unique bit of lighting

I was on it a few days ago.

One problem is that there's no grab rails anywhere near the toilet, making it a difficult place to stand between Anniesland and Hyndland. The toilet also sticks out quite far. The aisle there is much narrower than the Junipers. The door buzzers are a bit strange too, making one five-second long beep when the doors open. It sounds far too much like the old 320 door closing noise.

The second unit, 320315, is back and in passenger service.

Saw it this morning at Hyndland.

320306 back at Shields Depot now after overhaul.

320302 ran south last night and failed at Tollerton. A Class 321 was dispatched to collect it and take it to Doncaster.

Thanks to the Scot-rail guys

people are reporting that only a few seats have been retrimmed. Was the work not ment to include new seat covers throughout? How are the new toilets performing in service?

i think it was initially being sugested that the full unit would be retrimmed...
but as has been revealed on some of the seats have been retrimmed... iirc due to the existing seat coverings having life left in them... and FSR/TS not wanting to waste money on something that doesnt need fixed (or in this case ... replaced)
