Does anyone know how to go about editing a class 319 to give it more realistic acceleration and even to go about replacing the sounds? Is there a manual anywhere I can get my hands on? Thanks!

For acceleration you'd need to edit the .eng file. It would be quite complex. I suggest save a copy of the original .eng then edit one in a trial and error fashion
