This morning I got a Class 319 from Manchester Victoria to Salford Crescent.
I tried looking for the bicycle spaces but could only see the stickers for the wheelchair space so I asked Northern on twitter if there should be any.

Their reply was that the class 319s don't have a designated cycle space.
I thought that apart from peak time restrictions all trains had at least some space for cycles (normally 2). Is there any requirements on TOCs to provide any or is it just that most decide to?
