I am aware that class 319 and 321 units in use across the country are both withdrawn, and a number are stored. Are either of these types of units receiving further usage in the near future?

There aren't many class 319s still in existence which haven't been converted to 769s. Eight 769s are in service with Northern.

These are the useful threads

Wednesday 16th October 2024 as reported in the 321 thread above sees 321301 321324 move to Wolverton Centre Sidings ablight for storage or maybe for something else.

Seeing in the past Varmis rail has purchased and used its 321s via Wolverton Works, to have work done on them to be reused notably the 10 ex Non retanus units,

Is it possible as those at Wembley have been pan up, etc for time been there,
That Varmis rail might be extending its fleet to run more services hence more moves like this to Wolverton?

Or is it possible Varmis might actually be in due course, possibly be reinstating and running the ex Db 365 mail services, but bringing them all back as Varmis Rail services but using Retanus 321s instead ?

Any further information on this is much appreciated. Thank You.
