Following a piece in the latest RM I travelled to Northampton yesterday hoping to see my last 315, 315827 which has been reported as stored there and also there are photos on flickr there.
However there were only 3 315's on the sidings 825/833/859 there instead of the 6 listed in the RM. Can anyone advise where 827 has gone to as I prefer to clear all classes if I can. Thanks.

315827 is now in service with London Overground and it has been running perma-coupled with fellow ex-TfL Rail set 315822 so far. You'll need a trip to the West Anglia lines for a chance at clearing it.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I also need a couple of 317's 347/668 so it looks like a trip south.

With an unbelievable £15 return from East Midlands Railway offer I managed to get to London last Saturday and went to Bethnal Green. After about an hour 315827 came through as a single unit. I saw it 3 times in the time I was there but unfortunately my 317's did not, maybe next time.
So once again thanks for the tip off.
