Class 20 shuttle service out of paddington (18th October)

Hi all
Would anyone have any ideas what this is, that's taking place with a pair of class
20s on the 18th October, doing a shuttle service to west Ealing?

Is it not the Greenford Loop FGW special trains discussed recently? It's going on the same day as a steam railmotor to Brentford Goods and a 150 to Colnbrook Goods.
