Class 20 in Sheffield

Fairly simple question really....does anyone know why a class 20 loco is currently on the back of a lorry going up Western Bank in Sheffield?

Breedon Blue newly painted with a large 'number 2' was going down) under the Supertram wires City Road in Sheffield at about 10.35 on Friday.

From Western Bank (A57 is closed to HGV beyond Ladybower) I an guessing it must have gone through Hathersage or Bamford to Hope or Calver or Bradwell to the A6?
From Barrow Hill or Harry Needle Worksop?
