I don't think it made it that far, it seems to have broken over the junction at Acton Wells as there's an Overground stuck at Acton Central

Could GWR / ROG not consider sending one back up from Laira to retrieve this one? Though neither plan is ideal, and there is always the risk of another 002 Liskeard incident too.

Looks like 115 has made it to Westbury, of course it will start getting later again as it was booked on the avoiding line rather than a checkup at Westbury itself.

EDIT: Now cancelled beyond Westbury, so presumably looking at it for a while before sending it on further.

Apart from the slightly failed attempt to deliver a unit today, on the upside the service units are doing positively. 112 snuck back out again today and seemingly worked without too much of an issue, working on a 2-car diagram. 175002 was on the other diagram whilst 175001 and 175114 did the training runs. It's positive to see the uplift in 3-cars slowly sneaking off the steps of Laira!

I`m a bit late adding into this and I appreciate that the unit has since continued in traffic after your post describing the failure as loss of air pressure.

Is there any other information regarding the loss of air pressure i.e was it loss of air pressure due to a leak or debris strike or loss of air pressure due to unit unable to build up air pressure ?
