Class 172

Today i was going past bombardier in derby when i saw what looked like a turbostar of some sort. Could it be a 172? Has production of these units started yet? or was it just a 170 in for repairs?

Maybe an XC Turbostar? Maybe the new London Overground class 378 "Capitolstar" or a FCC 377 unit for Thameslink?

172s are yet to start production I think. The lanes are still being prepared, although there will be 2 production lanes hopefully speeding things up considerably. Maybe the finishing of a certain number of 378s applies I seem to remember before they will open the lanes?

I definatly saw a class 378 and one carriage of the neww 377's .
It looked like a chiltern 168 but it was plain white but i was passing in a car so i could be mistaken
