Class 165/166 Relibeauty

I am wondering if any one knows what is going on with the Class 165/166 at the moment as there as been a number of cancellations especially on the North Downs line for going on for a month now been reported as been because of more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time.

Are they struggling to get the parts to fix the trains or somthing.

I am just curious what the problem are we have had this happen in the past but normley it only last days not weeks.

Unfortunately, on top of the scheduled exam work etc, there has been a number of 3 car units that have suffered with wheel flats or cavities. It hasn't just been a case of being able to get get them tyre turned on the lathe either. Some have required multiple wheelsets changing so have been waiting for new wheelsets to arrive and then their turn on the lifting jacks.
