Haven't got the codes generally the codes are by the unit that you have to enter the codes in.

They are stuck on the side.

The ATW 158s have Balloch Central AFAIK.
Most 158's have all codes on them, just the common used mods listed in cab. Shouldn't be anything stopping Northern units for example showing Penzance or Fort William.

Believe Hong Kong is also a code...

Got the code for that one?8-)

Doubt if it is on my units though.

Im sure I saw a 158 at Waterloo a few years back with 'Man Utd' up.

If I can take a pic of the sticker on a 159 then i'll do it although im not on 159's all next week.

Yeah the codes are up like that although not as neat and usually grafittied over with other codes as some of the codes are wrong and don't work if you get my drift.

Additional.....Those codes are identical to the 159 codes....Jim try not to use a flash next time if possible.8)

Yate is included in the FGW list as when parkway is closed they can shunt at parkway to go back to Gloucester. It hasn't happened this year yet so I'm not sure if the drivers can still sign it. Its also the reason that stroud is on there, for wrong line working when kemble section was/is closed.

Don't no if anyone saw it on the timetable issue a few years back but shrub hill was spelt "scrub" hill instead - it didn't go down too well as it wasn't noticed till they'd bin distributed:grin:

some interesting ones in the LED displays on our buses were found, including "f*** off"

Best one I've seen was at the Barrow Open Day '08

"Stagecoach is cool and best of all, xxxx's nephew agrees!"

Even funnier when the display wouldn't change after that, so they had to return to manchester with it on :p

I love it how the ecolink ones here most of the time show "I'm running on eco-friendly ethanol!" when actually it should be showing the destination, it's wasting electricity, and ethanol is actually no more eco friendly than diesel!

Can spot at least one error on the second list there. It's only a missed letter, but still, poor form!

Having established earlier in the thread that Hong Kong is available on the TPX units may I also ask if Singapore is also available?

I have a picture that suggests Singapore is being displayed-158806 at Piccadilly a couple of years ago.....I'll post an image later when I have a little more time.

I know there are also some other options there which aren't on the charts uploaded by the posters above. One morning last September a 158 pulled in to Redland with "Mystery Tour" on the front . I was also on a Voyager leaving Exeter on Saturday and a SWT unit was heading for the sidings displaying "Fort William."

One 158 was fitted with Hong Kong and Singapore for marketing of Manchester Airport. As mentioned before all 158 & 9's have all codes programmed, and the toc's print the ones they need. I saw 158904 showing Balloch the other day :D
