class 158 northen rail error

hi whilst driving the northern rail i cam across a little black triangle in the corner oposit to the desternation board this only appiers on the northen rail class 158 and i have seen this errer on other peoples railworks can i get a pach or something else that will get ride of the black triangle thanks
