Class 156 service's to oban and mallaig.

Many years ago, probably 20 year ago, whilst holidaying in Scotland I travelled on both these scotrail services.
My memories were these services were popular. But my question is how and where now, do these trains get cleaned, watered for the toilet and fueling.
( One trip i did was catching the last oban to glasgow, changing at Crianlarich and catch the last train to fort william. Strange waiting in the middle of nowhere with the trolley staff member.On arrival at Fort William around 10pm a staff member was hastily filling the toilet with water before it continued to Mallaig within a few minutes.)

One overnight at Mallaig, two at Fort William, one at Oban and the rest at Corkerhill or Eastfield.

Does that mean they get serviced there overnight or just stabled for the next morning?

There are basic train servicing facilities at Fort William for tanking and such as the Sleeper is dealt with during the day there, though I don’t think it’s much more than a litter pick and light cleaning that happens with the Sprinters. At Mallaig and Oban I believe it’s just a walk through by a cleaner. The trains are popular, but the toilet tank facilities are generally sufficient for a couple of days use.
I think some of the units return to Corkerhill during the day when they get back to Glasgow for maintenance/cleaning/tanking/fuelling.
