Just on my way back from Clapham Junction and used the new exit. Good job that footbridge has been put to use now for those other than people wanting to change trains. There's even an (expensive) sweet stall up there it has so much room.

On another note, what is the name of the exit on the north side of the station, underneath platform 2? I'd like to contact SWT regarding something which happened there earlier today and want to make sure they know where I'm talking about.

In the latest Rail mag they mention the possibility of opening another main entrance to the station. Does anyone have any details of where that might be? The north end of the footbridge might be a good idea I suppose...

Yep, 2 weeks ago when I had my induction at the station (I'm gonna be working on the Gateline at the new Brighton Yard entrance!), one of the management team said that they are planning to make another exit from the end of the footbridge with steps that would lead down to where the Grant Rd exit is (if you go there you can actually see where work has been started!), apparently the gateline will move backwards from where it is now to accomodate this new development.
