Can I use a Clapham junction to London terminals ticket to pass through Waterloo and continue to Charing Cross?

If not, will a CLJ to Charing Cross ticket allow me to pass through Waterloo on the return journey?

Yes - the Waterloo gateline is set up to return outward portions of London Terminals specifically to allow for this - it was confirmed by SWT when the barriers first went in...
