Claiming delay repay with break if journey

I'm submitting a delay repay claim where I broke my return journey only for the second half of the journey that was delayed.

SWR are rejecting it as not a full journey as it's missing the first train.

How can I submit this claim?

If it's a same day break just put the whole thing in including the break.
