CIV-protected fares for the Caledonian Sleeper

Hi all,

Would anyone be able to advise me where I could purchase the special CIV-protected fares for a trip from LNE (London International CIV) to Inverness on the sleeper? Here's an example: http://www.brfares.com/#faredetail?orig=LNE&dest=INV&rte=345&tkt=SBE

I've called both the Sleeper and Scotrail telesales to no avail... Apparently LNE returns no results in their systems.

I think you should be able to buy one from a ticket office if you specifically ask for that one. Not many people are familiar with it these days so showing them the code from the brfares website might help them sell you the right one.

Calling National Rail or a few other TOCs might be your only other option

Unfortunately availability of CIV protected tickets to London International from websites and telesales outlets has declined dramatically recently. A knowledgeable ticket office is your best bet and should be able to sell you one (come armed with your Eurostar tickets / booking confirmation to prove you're eligible to purchase a CIV ticket.).
