Downloaded my copy of this game from Steam today, and was wondering if anyone else has brought it.

I had the original but didn't enjoy it too much - I found the vehicle capacities to be woefully inadequate to match demand and even with mods installed, I still couldn't match the level of demand. Is the second one any better? Might give it a try!

I've had it since release and am really pleased with it. Apart from the capacity of the buses, trams etc.

Although not been on a lot recently as been busy with a different title, as part of the testing team.

Glad it wasn't just me! I wish you could do proper timetabling where they actually kept to it. I never want to go to Berlin now because of the traffic!

I bought this the other day as it was only £5 or so, reduced from £14.99. Graphically very good but I'm not too sure about much else yet....Seems very complicated to navigate and the controls seem annoying. Still, early days yet! Wouldn't have paid £14.99 though I don't think...

It takes some getting used too, but is a great game. I've read about people finding it boring because you create Transport for a city. But that is what the game is about.

I must admit the camera controls are a bit fiddly, but it's relatively easy to get used too.

I had the original cities in motion, but haven't really been able to get into that much.

However, Traffic Giant (gold), 2001, still has it's appeal for sure, and I've spent an alarming amount of time on their recently! (Stuck at mission 5, on the second missionpack, if you're asking ;) )
