I doubt class 313 is old enough to look like an OAP, so a driver would have to be exceptionally stupid to not charge him!

Anyway even people who do get free travel ie OAPs and disabled have to show a pass or pay.

Under 16s get free travel in London though and if they look under that age drivers IME seem to let them on.[1]

Though don't forget this thread is about the bendybuses where you can board by any of the three doors and if you board by the driver you don't have to show a pass.

The reason I didn't know was because Its not very easy to sneak onto the bus with just one set of doors. So stop trying to make it look like I try and get on buses for free.

It seems a silly system though if you don't need proof of ID. Either you should show a pass, or you pay adult rate, IMO.

I was up London today and jumped on a 453. It smelt very strongly of new bus smell and it didn't have a Volvo engine like all the other Citaros, some crappy louder thing, but it was a very smooth ride. And it had better seats
