Hi, I've recently gained full time employment with the railway, I have a condition called Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, no side effects and am on an immunosuppressant for life called Dasatanib, will this be ok for my medical?

This is something only your employer’s occupational health department will be in a position to answer. If you’re already employed, presumably you’ve already disclosed the medication you’re on? If you’re waiting for a pre employment medical it’ll be important to disclose this asap.

I would imagine it would be referred by the company clinician to a specialist or possibly your GP for input, particularly if the role involves train driving or some other form of safety critical work. If the condition or medication, managed properly, doesn't present any negative effects then I'd be surprised if it's a problem.

I’m going to lock this thread as the same question has been asked elsewhere on the forum.
