Chiltern Train Manager Assesment

So I've been invited to attend an assesment day for Chiltern Railways for the Train Manager position- although I've recently sat the assessments with another local TOC,

Can anybody shed some light on what to expect on the day- i.e. What to expect from the group tasks? I'm assuming the interview part will be fairly standard,
