Chiltern Tickets

I have just tried to book a ticket between London and Birmingham for a few weeks time, previously i had the option to have my ticket sent to my mobile phone but it did not come up as a delivery option, does anyone know if Chiltern have withdrawn this service.

Yes, im trying to book two advance singles. The last time i did this journey with Chiltern i had this option for them.

Possibly an elementary question, are you sure the entire journey is on Chiltern (and not partly on VT or LM)? Especially if it's a weekend when there's engineering works.

Yes the entire journey is with Chiltern from Marylebone to Birmingham Moor St

Very odd - they only seem to be offering print at home as the barcode option at the moment. Maybe there are problems?
