Chiltern Ticket Relaxations

I currently have an Advance ticket to travel from Leamington Spa to Marylebone today. Will Chiltern relax the restrictions due to the line blockage between Leamington and Banbury, or should I turn up near the time of my advance ticket? By the sounds of NRE just now they're only at the stage of arranging alternative transport.
I'm almost wandering if it'd pay me to go to Coventry and get a ticket to Euston.

What time is your ticket booked for?

They may arrange ticket acceptance with Virgin/London Midland.
