Chiltern Railways - Ticketing Test?

Hello all,

I've applied for a job as a Station Host at Princes Risborough station and I've been put through to a 'ticketing test'. The problem is, I'm unsure as to what it is! If anyone has any tips for me, I'd be very grateful.

Its a fairly easy test, all the prices for tickets and discounts are given.
when I did it a few years ago one of the tests was ticket checking (correct price/date/discount etc) other test was working out the cost of tickets and calculating change due (basic maths e.g. tickets come to £8.50, passenger gives £10- how much change due?)
The practice material is good, just work through that, but its fairly straightforward.

From what I heard of a friend having done it, you are supplied all information you need. Don't use any prejudices or previous knowledge, just read the material supplied.
