Thank you for posting, I've pretty much researched the company and got good examples of customer service and safety for the interview part. It's the other assessments that I have no clue. I've worked as a CSA for TfL, I remember them providing practice packs.
The job description:
- Ticket checking and selling, taking appropriate action with fare evaders following company guidelines where ticketless travel or ticketing issues are evident, providing passenger enquiries and information by providing a safe and secure environment as well as offering support to your other on board colleagues.
- At times, you will also assist our station teams during disruption or events. You may also need to attend court as required to evidence in case of fraudulent travel.
- Within the role you will be required to carry around various items of equipment whilst on duty as well as wear a uniform.- Qualifications
