Last minute VSTP! Its 68026 as well.
Some edits, looks like 68032 and CH13 ran to Stourbridge today instead of returning to Bicester.
68014 has been replaced by 68010 for tonights 1J53

Apologies if this in not quite the right thread. With the proposed half hourly service I assume the majority of these will be with the Mk5s. Will there be enough platform space at Moor Street and is Platform 4 suitable for the new stock? I know further platforms are proposed as part of the Midlands Hub but that's years away.
Yet to see the new livery but thanks to XCTurbostar and his posts.

Unless they run 1tph to Snow Hill turning back on platform 2 like they used to.

Is this the first example (in the privatisation era at least) of rolling stock that was built for a non-south east TOC/region then being cascaded to the south east, rather than the common practice of the reverse happening?

Cancelled due to ETCS/ERTMS fault? What sort of gibber is this?

No...

There were the ScotRail 170s cascaded to GTR.
Also the 10 TPE 350/4s cascaded to services out of Euston.

Not even the first stock Chiltern have had from Trans-Pennine. They moved in swiftly to get hold of 170s approaching end of lease around 20 years ago, causing a fair amount of annoyance at the time. Someone will have more (and more accurate) information.

And before that you had the 10 150/1s built for depots such as Derby Etches Park but later somewhat slowly cascaded down to Willesden for use with Silverlink Metro on the Goblin and Marsden Vale lines.

Those sets were built for SWT, though, before they went to TPE,so don’t qualify.

Less than ten years ago - They only left the Transpennine franchise in 2016. Twenty years ago, the units were still with their initial operator, SWT, as recognised above by 43096.

My money is on the version of 5Q86 departing at 13:12 being the runner.
The other (departing 11:53) version was activated exactly an hour before - a tell tell sign it was auto activated (as in no one knowingly asked for it to run). It is of course overdue now, if it is meant to run.
BUT until the 11:53 version gets "cancelled" I am at risk of being proved wrong o_O.

Both fair points, I’ll change ‘repainted’ just for you. The sets will end up as ‘CH’ so I’ll show this for clarity for now.

I would put all my money on the Arlington one running.
Should be 68022 and 68028 with CH12 TnT

68012 is currently heading to Aylesbury on 5A99. Presumably has just got a DVT with it as there's no coaching stock listed on RTT.

Kept the loco dark blue with the yellow front… I’m sure a few thread contributors will be hoping they keep it that way.

Thanks for the update, I’m enjoying watching these enter service slowly with training runs!

I agree, I think the new livery suits the coaches far better than the loco.
