Affecting High Wycombe and other stations, TVM’s out of use and cash payments only for tickets. No fix time available.

Unknown. Only found out 30 mins ago when I went to collect some tickets……

Yes they do but Chiltern are unable to process credit card payments at ticket Windows as well…..cash only!

Presumably the same thing applies as the other way round where cash is not accepted - if you can't use your desired method of payment then you can board without a ticket.

Though to be fair if there's a cash machine at the station, drawing it out is an easy solution for most.

Not if you are paying by credit card it isn’t. Costs a fortune to take cash out on a credit card and TOC will pay that back because their systems have failed.

If they’re allowing people wanting to pay by card to travel ticketless or pay at destination (if a different TOC), then that’s not as much of an issue. Is anyone able to confirm?
