Yes to both. As mentioned diagrams remains effective until 7th September.

The Banbury set is no longer in use and I believe its PRM exemption may have expired?

Been travelling from High Wycombe Station around 8am a few Wednesdays recently and it's never been very busy at all neither have trains headed to London, think Sunday morning level quiet
