Child FIP on eurostar

Good evening,

I'm after a bit of advice regarding my daughters tickets price on Eurostar. As she is under 5 she's doesn't have a priv issued by my TOC yet, but Eurostar charges for children over 4 so I would presume I could apply for a FIP for her now? I'm also struggling to see if there is a child FIP price or would I have to pay an adult FIP fare price for her?

Any help greatly appreciated.
