According to Real Time Trains, it arrived at Chichester at 13 46 - 33 minutes late - after having lost its pathway on the Down Slow from Woking (presumably following a stopper) and then being held for about half-an-hour at - or just before - Basingstoke. However it managed to recover some of the lost time subsequently.

It over-stayed its water stop at Winchfield then hit delays at Basingstoke owing to a signal failure at Winchester. It stood at Basingstoke p2 for 25 minutes or so.
