What trains is this ticket valid on and can you go chester to liverpool via the wirral line on it?

Every operator accepts it within the area defined on this map: http://www.northernrail.org/offers/Cheshire+Day+Ranger

So you can do Chester-Liverpool via the Wirral line or via Warrington, Earlestown or Shotton.
