Charters under threat?

Charters have less favourable pathing etc. They pay less through their liabilities. Quite simple really.

Sorry to bump this thread, but a charter operator I am aware of has recently suggested that the cost of lifting the CAP may amount to approximately £30 on top of existing charter fares to cover additional insurance costs.
