Charged wrong fare on bus that's part of the £2 scheme

[GodAtum]

I've been travelling a few times on Cuckmere Buses. According to the Gov website they participate in the £2 fare scheme. But I just realized been charged £4.20 for each journey. Are they in the wrong?

What journey exactly did you make?

One was a single from Polegate to Afriston.

One was a single from Polegate to Afriston.

If that was on the 25 or 26, then, yes, it looks like they've overcharged you.

Get in touch for a refund.
Had a few issues with Tap on/tap off. I got a Daily Cap a couple of times and still been charged for additional journies. Always got a refund when i have explained the situation.

Thank you, I will get in touch with them.
