Yes - if you use BRR Route randomiser for BVE 2/4 or select it using the "Browse/recently used" tab to search for it in open bve. Be warned that if it is not set up correctly for open bve, it may not display as it should, but should still run. (You may get tranparency or sound errors etc with some models).
