Changing at Liverpool Street & Paddington

My sister and I and our luggage-for-six-weeks will be traveling on Greater Anglia from Stansted Airport to Bristol. We have to change to the Elizabeth line at Liverpool Street and to Great Western Railway at Paddington. Can someone tell me how difficult those changes will be to make? We don't do well with steps and suitcases.

There are lifts at both Liverpool Street and Paddington to access the Elizabeth Line. The Elizabeth Line is a fair walk from the mainline platforms at Liverpool Street, but the journey time is short, so it should be very straightforward within the times of the journey.

It's step free - other than getting off the Greater Anglia and onto the GWR train - but as noted there is a fair amount of walking involved at both ends.

Depending on your individual circumstances I would suggest looking at National Express Coaches. It's one change of coach at Heathrow T2-3 which is likely to be on an adjacent stand. The total journey is about an hour longer but without the central London train faffs.
