Changes to VT WCML timetables

This is probably a very stupid question, but it's been puzzling me...

About 6 weeks ago, I went up to London from Lichfield Trent Valley, coming back on the 2200 Euston to Manchester Piccadilly service. It arrived at LTV at 2323 or thereabouts. I note that now, it arrives nearly 20 minutes later at 2350. Why the change? Also, when I came, it stopped at Tamworth, but that seems to now have been changed to Nuneaton. I don't think there was anything different about the day I came back, so I'm assuming that there's just been a timetable change?

Since May at least, it has been scheduled to call at Nuneaton (2304), Tamworth (2315 s) and Lichfield TV (2322 s) on all services Monday-Friday...

There has been no timetable change in the past six weeks, the only thing I can see is it now travelling via Stoke, not Crewe, temporarily, but that would have no affect on the journey time in the south.

Maybe I've misread something somewhere, but I'm sure the last few nights it has been arriving at 2350, although having checked the Journey Planner, it definitely says 2323 - I must be imagining it!

Been going via Northampton possibly due to engineering works?

I know that happens alot over that end during late evenings.
