Changeover when origin/destination unchanged

Hi All

I have a 1M9D Woking -> Guildford season that expires on 9th August. I wish to exchange for an annual instead. Guildford could not perform the changeover because the system will not allow the origin and destination to be the same as the original ticket. Any advice?

It's not the origin/destination being the same that's the issue - a changeover can be for a change of class or route as well as a change of journey.

Yours couldn't be done because a changeover has to have the same expiry date as the orginal ticket. If you're after a ticket that expires 12 months from now, you can get a renewal - or get a refund for the remaining validity, then buy an annual season ticket.
