Does anyone know when the return part of the restriction code LW was changed from:

Not valid on trains timed to depart London Terminals_after 16:49 until 19:01. (as on BRFARES.com)

to:
Not valid on trains timed to depart from London Terminals before 09:15 and after 16:49 and before 19:01
(as on nationalrail.co.uk)

Cheers

I believe brfares.com only gets data updates every 6 months, so it could be at any time since the last update.

The LW page has the following in the code
<!-- PublicationDate: 31/01/2016 00:28:07-->

However that doesn't really mean anything, as 1X has this listed
PublicationDate: 31/01/2016 00:33:04-->

And 1X hasn't changed for a long time.

I'm surprised there isn't a "change in restrictions" list like there is for the routing guide.

I don't know for certain, but I'd suggest 02/01/16, when the last fares revision happened. Other possibilities are May or September 2015.

I am told that these generally only happen at fares change dates so would agree with hairyhandedfool, after it was pointed out the first St Albans Abbey - Watford Junction off-peak train was showing as peak they changed the electronic restriction within a couple of days but noticed that the text one was inappropriate (as it mentions trains arriving at Euston before 1000, and no SAA - WFJ train arrives at EUS at any time!) but was told it will not be fixed until May.

Thanks for the info.

It's a bit of a nasty one, I have a few tickets that have this restriction and I previously could return from London to Milton Keynes early doors. Never noticed the change, was hoping it was more recent so the old restriction would at least apply to the tickets I currently hold. But with no publicised definite date of change it's a difficult one to argue.
