Change of career (Train driver)

[Rourkey74]

Hi all!

I am currently in the process of a career change and looking at becoming a Train Driver. (Passenger or freight)
What advice does anyone have to get started? I will be looking at opportunities in the North West of England.

My advice is be patient and don't set your heart on it!
