Hi, bit of a question for you,
Essentially, got a single online from Leam-Reading the other day, went to the machine, my three tix popped out, receipt, seat allocation and ticket....except they didn't.

No one checked my ticket on the platform, so on the train, ticket inspector called, turns out, I had the receipt or something for the last person to use the machine instead of my ticket. So when I grabbed my 'three coupons', I didn' have my three coupons.

Despite showing the ticket inspector my online booking, all the bits, including the receipt for their ticket (1 of 9 , 2mins before my ticket). I had to buy a new ticket. is it worth me applying for a refund, my ticket was supposedly only valid for that journey :(
How would I go about that anyhow?

I have no idea how much the ticket costs, or how quick you are at writing letters, so it is difficult to say if it's worth it! But you might have a (slim) chance. Possibly.

Enclose all coupons including the replacement ticket.
