Does anybody know why its been shut for at least 2 months and counting ,causing a bit of congestion around foxhall junc when several freights turn up at once.

(Challow loops are midway between Didcot and Swindon. Foxhall junction is at the west end of Didcot.)

Cracked crossing, with no replacement available and welding not suitable. Might be another month before a replacement's delivered. Could have something to do with the times we're living in, but not sure.
