I was just wondering about the possible value of a certificate we have through a family member (Their name is on the Certificate)

The certificate is from the East Coast Main Line Electrification and Introduction of Intercity 225.

He was a Senior Conductor at Newcastle and was on train 1S21 - The 11:00 Kings Cross - Edinburgh, Wednesday 12th June 1991

This was the first electric train to travel the length of the route between London and Edinburgh. It was also the first electric train in passanger service to run between the two capitals.

Signed by D L Heath, Director, projects, british railways board and by J G Nelson Intercity Director East Coast Main Line.

Excellent condition, framed, just wondered of it's value if any?

Regards,
Simon.
